Construction Management

From lump-sum and guaranteed-maximum-price agreements to cost-plus contracts — we can match each project with the right delivery method.
Owner Representation
For select clients, we offer Owner's Representation—acting as an extension of the owner’s team to coordinate design, permitting, and construction oversight. This helps ensure your vision is protected from concept to completion, even if ForgePath isn’t the GC on record.
